Through quality improvement and environmental protection activities, we will "provide products and services that the world needs", and contribute to the growth of companies and indivisuals, and society.

We will decide the goal and target taking into consideration of organizational risks and opportunities, and improve the integrated management system continuously by regular check.

In the implementation activities of the integrated management system, we will focus on the following.

1. Building a system that can respond promptly and appropriately to customer's request, and provide reliable products and services
2. Promotion of recycling, and reduction of waste
3. Prevention of environmental pollution
4. Promotion of resource saving and energy saving

This policy is informed to all employees in the company and cooperating companies, and it is open to the public.

ISO 9001 (quality management system) certification was acquired.

We have acquired the certification of "ISO 9001: 2015" which is international quality management system standard.

ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System) certification was acquired.

We have acquired the certification of "ISO 14001: 2015" which is international environmental management system standard.

“Nagano SDGs Promotion Company”

We have registered as a Nagano SDGs promotion company on January 31, 2020.

About the Sustainable Development Goals “SDGs”
This is the international goals for a sustainable and better world by 2030, as set out in the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development adopted at the UN Summit in September 2015.
Here, we have pledged to "No one will be left behind" on the earth.
The SDGs are universal thing not only in developing countries but also in developed countries.

Registered as “Nagano SDGs Promotion Company”.
This is a system in Nagano Prefecture that supports companies and other organizations to utilize the SDGs as a management strategy in cooperation with economic organizations, financial institutions, universities, and other supporting organizations based on the three aspects of the environment, society, and economy.

"Chino City Hatsutasu Company" certification

Our company was certified as "HATSURATSU Company" from Chino City on February 3rd, 2017. "Chino Cities Hatsuratsu Company" means a company that actively tries to create a workplace environment where both men and women can demonstrate their abilities while balancing work and home.

Support declaration for child-raising of employees

We are trying to create a "comfortable working environment" that enables employees to balance work and child-raising, and we have registered our company as "Support declaration for child-raising of employees" in Nagano Prefecture.

[Declaration contents]

1: We are aiming to be known "childcare leave" and "long-term nursing care leave" regulations for employees, and aiming for workplace where employees can easily acquire it.
2: In order to make it easier to acquire annual paid holidays, we are institutionalizing acquisition on a half day basis.
3: After completion of childcare leave, our company support employees to be able to get back to work smoothly.
